Converter v1.0
Address converter
BitCore uses its own address prefixes. If you want to withdraw, mine or send coins to an address in the old (Bitcoin) format, just convert it – or the other way around.
| Old / BTC format | BTX format |
|---|---|
1xxx… | 2xxx… |
3xxx… | sxxx… |
bc1… | btx1… |
The conversion runs entirely in your browser. No address is sent to any server.
Stay safe
- Only download wallets from the official GitHub repository github.com/bitcore-btx.
- Never share your private keys or recovery phrase – the BitCore team will never ask for them.
- Always double-check addresses before sending coins.
